Liability Waiver and Consent: In consideration of the participant's participation in sailing activities and programs from the date of this agreement and henceforth the participant agrees to assume any and all risk of injury on behalf of participant and anyone who may claim on participant's behalf and certifies that participant agrees on behalf of participant and anyone who might claim on participant's behalf, to release, waive and hold harmless Friends of OASIS, City of Newport Beach and its officers and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, proceedings and liabilities of every kind or nature whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, related to, caused by, or arising out of participant's participation in sailing activity or program; and certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of California that the above is true and correct. *
